1. Right to Return (EU Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a resident of the EU, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To initiate a return, contact us at customersupport@lovethyneighbour.eu with your order number and reason for the return (optional).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The cap must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels (if attached).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear or damage not due to our error
4. Return Process
Contact us at customersupport@lovethyneighbour.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back to us within 14 days after initiating the return.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Exchanges
All of our caps are one-size. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're unsatisfied, please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
