Return Process

1. Contact us at customersupport@lovethyneighbour.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days after initiating the return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.

Return Cost

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of reason. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
